  1. Scope of Services

ServiceDirekt focuses on physical network and software integration for businesses in Skåne, Sweden. Typical projects include, but are not limited to:

All services are scoped individually based on on‑site conditions, current tools, business criticality, and agreed deliverables.

  1. Engagement Model & Contracts

4.1 On‑Site Audits
On‑site audits are delivered as standalone, fixed-scope engagements. The audit includes mapping of current infrastructure and tools and results in written recommendations and a prioritized action list. Travel and accommodation (if applicable) are specified clearly in the quotation.

4.2 Implementation Projects
Implementation projects are defined by a written scope of work, including responsibilities, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Hardware procurement, third‑party licenses, and recurring SaaS costs are always itemized separately or specified in the agreement.

4.3 Retainers & Support
Long‑term retainers (e.g. monitoring, incident response, change management) are offered with clear service descriptions and notice periods. No long‑term lock‑in is required; initial commitment periods and termination terms are always stated explicitly in the agreement or proposal.

  1. Communication & Integrity Protocol

To maintain operational integrity and traceability:

ServiceDirekt does not provide informal, undocumented changes to production environments. All changes must be traceable through tickets, change logs, or written confirmations.

  1. Privacy and Data Standards (GDPR)

ServiceDirekt and FLOWECTO.Digital operate with a Privacy‑First and least‑privilege mindset.

6.1 Minimal Data Footprint
We collect only the personal and business information needed to schedule meetings, prepare quotations, deliver technical work, and meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax requirements).

6.2 Processing & Data Location
Customer data processed in the course of delivery (e.g. configuration exports, topology diagrams, access lists) is stored in secure, access‑controlled environments. Where possible, EU‑based infrastructure is selected to support data residency expectations and GDPR compliance. Specific data processors and locations can be listed in the project agreement upon request.

6.3 Access Control & Confidentiality
Access to customer systems is granted strictly on a need‑to‑know and least‑privilege basis. Credentials are never shared via unencrypted channels. Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be established for sensitive environments (e.g. payment infrastructure, healthcare, security‑critical sites).

6.4 Analytics & Cookies
Servicedirekt.se uses a privacy‑respecting, cookie‑less or minimal‑cookie analytics setup. We do not track individual IPs for marketing profiling, nor do we sell or share visitor data with advertising networks. If non‑essential cookies are introduced in the future, they will be presented with clear consent options.

6.5 Customer Records & Retention
Project records (e.g. invoices, contracts, work reports) are retained for the time required by Swedish bookkeeping and tax law. Technical documentation and backups are retained only for as long as necessary to support the agreed service level and are deleted or anonymized thereafter where feasible.

For GDPR‑related questions or requests (access, correction, deletion, or objection), contact: orhan@flowecto.digital.

  1. Third‑Party Services & Integrations

ServiceDirekt frequently integrates and collaborates with third‑party tools and vendors such as:

All third‑party software and hardware remain governed by their respective vendor terms and conditions. ServiceDirekt does not control these external platforms and is not responsible for changes in features, pricing, or availability introduced by those vendors.

Where integration relies on APIs, webhooks, or cloud services, the customer acknowledges that long‑term behavior is dependent on those vendors’ technical and legal frameworks.

  1. Liability, Limitations, and Customer Responsibilities

8.1 General Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, ServiceDirekt and FLOWECTO.Digital are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the delivered systems or integrations.

Direct liability, if any, is limited to the total fees paid by the customer for the specific project or retainer during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

8.2 Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

8.3 Production Changes
Customers are advised not to make unauthorized changes to agreed network designs, firewall rules, or integrations without coordination. Deviations from the documented design may affect stability and support commitments.

  1. Events Beyond Reasonable Control & Infrastructure Resilience

ServiceDirekt and FLOWECTO.Digital are exempt from liability for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to:

In such cases, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and resume once the technical and operational environment is stabilized. Where appropriate, ServiceDirekt will assist in designing resilience measures (e.g. redundancy, failovers, backup connectivity) as part of separate projects.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
